Με την υπ’ αριθμόν 113169/2023 απόφαση του Υπουργού Εργασίας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, η οποία δημοσιεύθηκε στο ΦΕΚ (Α/7421/28-12-2023), επέρχονται, μεταξύ άλλων, ρυθμίσεις στην απολογιστική δήλωση αλλαγών ωραρίου, την οργάνωση χρόνου εργασίας και υπερωριών, στην ένταξη στις κατηγορίες των διευθυντικών στελεχών, στα Πρότυπα Βασικών Όρων Εργασίας και «Ατομικής Σύμβασης Εργασίας», στις ψηφιακά υποβαλλόμενες δηλώσεις στο ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ κ.ά.
