The Firm assisted the Greek Telecom (OTE) in the first ever early voluntary retirement project in Greece. Also handled the first major pioneer project of outsourcing of financial services assigned to Accenture by the joint venture of BP & MOBIL. Additionally, consulted and assisted in the implementation of a major corporate restructuring assignment of the Dell, Inc. group of companies, including the Greek operations.
