Ministerial Decision 113169/2023 on the Mandatory Implementation of the Digital Work Card in Industries and Retail and ERGANI II.

By decision 113169/2023 of the Greek Minister of Labour and Social Security, published in the Official Journal (A/7421/28-12-2023), there are, amongst others, regulations on the reporting of changes in working hours, the organization of working time and overtime, the inclusion in the categories of managerial employees, the Basic Terms of Employment and “Individual Employment Contract”, the digital submission of notices/declarations to the ERGANI II Information System etc.
