Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners Law Firm is Legal Advisor to The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund in the major project of the Greek Ministry of Development & Investment “New Industrial Parks”. The project’s total public expenditure is € 63 million, which will be financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).

Between April 2021 and mid-June 2022, 20 contracts valued more than €43 million have been assigned for actions that require immediate implementation, such as: a) the forest cleaning work of 80,000 acres, b) 12,000 km of forest road network maintenance, and c) 1,600 km of forest fire zones’ maintenance for 38 crucial forest ecosystems all over Greece.
