Our Firm’s Partner, Spyros G. Alexandris LL.M., and Secretary General of the Association of Greek Commercialists, participated as a speaker at the 33rd Panhellenic Commercial Law Conference, held in Thessaloniki on 14–16 November 2025.
Spyros presented his study on Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), focusing on how Greek Law converges with contemporary international M&A practice. His presentation examined the contractual role and treatment of Representations & Warranties (R&W) and Material Adverse Change (MAC) clauses within the Greek legal framework.
The analysis highlighted how these mechanisms enhance transactional transparency, risk allocation, and legal certainty, thereby strengthening the competitiveness and attractiveness of the Greek market for cross-border investment.
