We are pleased to announce that the law firm Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners has advised a major Dubai-based real estate group on the complex acquisition of a Société Anonyme owning and operating a hotel resort in Nea Chrysi Akti, Paros and the related financing by the National Bank of Greece. The total value of the transaction is € 9 million. The project team was consisted of partner Yanos Gramatidis, senior associate Popi Papantoniou and junior associate Evelina Dafni.
