Nassos Felonis, Partner of the Firm established in 2001, is a leading practitioner in Natural & Renewable Resources, Energy, Minerals and Environmental Law. He is a recognized expert in complex corporate projects and investment-related legal and regulatory matters, and puts his decades of practice in Greece and the U.S. to work for his clients. Over the course of his career, he has served as Associate Lecturer at the NYU Law School in New York, worked at Healy and Baillie in Wall Street and at the International Finance Corporation (IFC, an affiliate of the World Bank) in Washington D.C. He has published extensively on government procurement, technology transfer and licensing, foreign investment and privatization. Mr. Felonis headed the work group that prepared the draft bill for the Hellenic Ministry of Development to enact the legislative framework for third party financing (TPF) in energy-savings projects in Greece.
